RESOLUTION 88-007
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted the 8th day of
December, 1987 , fixed a date for a Council hearing on the
proposed improvement of St. Anthony Boulevard between the
Burlington Northern Railroad Bridge and the southern City limits
line by reconstructing the existing roadway with a new bituminous
roadway with new curb and gutter and replacing existing catch
basins and leads , pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429. 011
to 429 . 111 ; and
WHEREAS, ten days ' mailed notice and two weeks ' published notice
of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the
12th day of January, 1988 , at which all persons desiring to be
heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST.
ANTHONY, MINNESOTA:
1 . Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted on the 8th day of December ,
1987 .
2 . Rieke Carroll Muller , Associates is hereby designated as
the engineer for this improvement. They shall prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
