A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO APPOINT A DEPUTY CLERK FOR THE 1988
PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTIONS
FOR THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony is in the process of
reconstructing its Administrative personnel due to the
retirement of the Finance Director/City Clerk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of St. Anthony hereby establishes the position of Deputy
City Clerk for the purpose of conducting the 1988 Primary and
General Elections.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
St. Anthony hereby authorizes the City Manager to appoint and
administrate the Oath of Office under State Statutes 412.151 to
person appointed.
