A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT OF LEASE
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND APACHE PLAZA, LTD.
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND ACTING CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT OF LEASE
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony- and Apache Plaza, Ltd.
desire to enter into an Agreement of Lease for space. in
the Apache Mall to be used by the Municipal Liquor
Operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of St. .Anthony hereby approves the Agreement of
Lease between the City and Apache Plaza, Ltd. and
authorizes the Mayor and Acting City Manager to execute
said Lease.
