A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY TAX LEVY
AND 1990 BUDGET IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRUTH IN
TAXATION ACT
WHEREAS, the Truth in Taxation Law requires that the City of St.
Anthony provide Hennepin and Ramsey Counties with a
certified tax levy and 1990 budget; and
WHEREAS, the information required for the City to calculate a
definitive tax levy has been collected.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
The proposed tax levy for 1990 is:
1990 levy limit $1,412 ,080
Housing and redevelopment levy 20,000
Certificate of Indebtedness 72 .000
• TOTAL 1990 TAX LEVY $1,504,080
The 1990 budget is $3,359,212.
