AMENDED
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY TAX LEVY
AND 1990 BUDGET IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRUTH
IN TAXATION ACT
WHEREAS, the .-Truth in Taxation Law requires that the City-of St.
Anthony provide Hennepin and Ramsey Counties with a
certified tax levy and 1990 budget; and
WHEREAS, the information required for the City to calculate a
definitive tax levy has been collected.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
the tax levy for 1990 is:
1990 levy limit $1,412,080
Housing and redevelopment levy 20,000
Certificate of Indebtedness 72,000
TOTAL 1990 TAX LEVY $1,504,080
The 1990 budget is $3,359,212.
Adopted this 11'w day of =T1990.
