ITEM DESCRIPTION: Proposed Town Hall Meeting
MANAGER'S REVIEW: Enclosed please find a preliminary draft for a Town Hall
meeting. This concept is used by New Brighton City Hall and is tailored after their
program. This program would replace the Mayor's Ice Cream Social, which replaced the
Volunteer Dinner. The idea behind the New Brighton program is to get all
Councilmembers and key staff involved in different topics of interest to the community.
The preliminary schedule is an attempt by me to get the issues of the day out to the
public. If there are different issues, we should discuss it.
