THE BUILDING INSPECTOR AND POLICE DEPARTMENT WERE INSTRUCTED TO INVESTIGATE A REPORTEO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL OPERATION IN THE ST. ANTHONY SHOPPING CENTER. C. THE PLANNING BOARD WAS INSTRUCTED TO REVIEW RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE VILLAGE ENQINERR AND THE UTILITY COMPANIES IN REGARD TO THE ARVID CARLSON ST. ANTHONY INDUSTRIAL PARK PROPOSED SUBDIVISION ►LAT. 2. PROPOSED REPLAT OF BLOCK 31 GARDENA ACRES. THE PROPOSED REPLAT WAS DISCUSSED n WITH MR, MIKE MIHALCNICK. IN VIEW OF THE REZONING BEING CONSIDERED ON 37TH AVE., >( IT WAS SUGGESTED THAT THIS REPLATTING BE HELD UNTIL THE ZONING QUESTION WAS SEEN SETTLCDo TNIB WAS AGREEABLE TO MR. ROGERT KELL, CHAIRMAN, GORDON ASSELSTINE, SECRETARY, AND MRS. SWEEGO, MAYOR. SUBJECTS DISCUSSED INCLUDED$ A. REZONING OF AREA CONTIGUOUS WITH ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE. S. LOT SIZE REQUIRKMENTB AND PLATTING ORDINANCE C. FUNCTIONS AND MAKEUP OF PLANNING COMMISSION. IN THIS RESPECT, IT IS NOTED THAT THE COMMISSION INCLUDES A COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE, THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY, AND THE VILLAGE ENGINEER. 0. COOPERATION 1N NAMING OF STREETS. THE NtW BRIGHTON COMMISSION WILL RECOMMEND THAT THE NAME OF ORCHARD PLACE BE CHANGED TO SILVER LANE TO CONFORM TO ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE. IT IS REQUtSTED THAT THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRA— TION "No SIX (6) COPIES OF VILLAGE MAPS TO NEW BRIGHTON TO ASSIST THEM IN STREET RENAMING, E. IT WAS AGREED THAT PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES GE EXCHANGED BETWEEN THE VILLAGES TO AID IN OO-OROINATING PLANNING, IF THIS IS AGREEASLE WITH THE COUNCIL. 4• REZONING RECOMMENDATION FOR AREA EAST OF SILVER LAKE ROAD AND NORTH OF S00 LINE TRACK. A PROPOSAL WAS SUGMITTED BY MR. ROGERT MESINBRINQ AND A,RS. WALT FRIEOLANO FOR REZONING OF THIS AREA. THE PROPOSAL INCLUDED A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL AREA ALONG THE RAILROAD RIGNT-OF—WAV AND MIXED SINGLE FAMILY AND MULTIPLE DWELLING ZONING IN THE REMAINDER OF THE AREA, IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE THE NEARING TO GE HELD ON REZONING OF THIS AREA, THE BOARD SET A DEADLINE OF MARCH 19 FOR SUSNITTAL OF ALL PROPOSALS.
