The mc-e"Ing was called to of-dei° by the Chairman at ':30
Present: Dougherty, Rosinek, DiCarlo, it=risen, Skovren
Absent: Rocks, Coulton
Mr. Daryl Vaughn of 2901 Crestview Drive requested a setback waiver to
permit an addition to the existing structure which would be 26 feet from the
property line,
Moved by DiCarlo, seconded by Hansen to approve the waiver. Ali in favor.
Motion ca;ried,,
Moved by Hansen, seconded by Skovvan to approve vacation of Harding Street
and alley south to Lowry Ave. The agreement for maintenance of existing sewer
line to be worked out between engineer and developer. A}3 in favor. Motion
carried.
Application for zoning vznriance ori Lcts 1, 2 and 3, Block 7: Mounds View
Acres, Second Addition tabled, Village Attorney, Ray Haik, stated rezoning in
residential classification would not affect Pending suit along Siiver Lake
Road. Applicant to present pian combining multiple dwelling with two family
buffer.
Moved by DiCarlo, seconded by Hansen to adjourn. All in favor.
