SFE-GIRL MEETING, MARCH 4, 1963
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
Present: Dougherty, Pocks, Skovran. Rosinek, Coulter, DiCarlo, Hanson
Ahsent: None
The Chairman announced that: this teas he time and place to hold the public
hearing on the rezoning of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 7, Mounds View Acres, Second
Addition„ from RN2 to Muttiple Cweliing.
Mr. Thuftedal, of A.M. Wordstrcm Co., apreared with drawings of proposed
Multiple Q}-0-e-11ing development. After hearing all the co:ments from the prropevty
owners concerned with the rezoning, it was
Moved by Skovran, seconded by GiCario to close the hearing.
Motion carried.
After a discussion by the board nw.r9bers it was decided that the developer
was not aware of the Village regulations on Multiple aelling buildings.
Moved by DiCarlo, seconded by Rosinek to table the rezoning until corres-
pondence can be trade with the developer to i nforc, him of these regulations and
• to get assurance that these regulations can be rret by him.
Motion carried.
Moved by Rocks, seconded by Hansen to instruct secretary to notify Mr.
Grankow that the proposed division of Lots 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, Block 2,
Soo Line Addition would be acceptable to the Planning Board.
Motion carried.
Moved by GiCarlo, seconded by Rocks to adjourn.
Motion carried.
