The regular meeting of the St. Anthony Village Planning Board was called
to order by the Chairman at 8:00 P.M. on Monday, May 20, 1963•
The following members were present:
Dougherty, Rosinek, Skov;an, Hansen, DiCarlo
Absent:
Rocks, Coulter
The Chairman announced th3 t this was the time and place to hold a public
hearing on the proposed rzoning of two residential lots on the northwest corner
of Silver Lane and Silver Lake Road from R-1 Single Family to R-2 Two-Family
zoning.
After a short discussion showing no opposition to the rezoning the hearing
was closed.
Mr. Harstad stated he would bring copies of a preliminary plat of the area
to the Secretary of the Board to be checked with the engineers and utility com-
panies. The Board will hold a special meeting on Friday, May 24, 1963, at
5:00 P.M. at the Village Hall to consider the preliminary plat and the proposed
• rezoning of Keith Harstad.
Mr. Walker of the Walker Lumber Co. appeared with the proposed division of
Lots 1 , 2 and the North 20 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, Clark and King's Garden Tracts
and Lot 1 and the North 28.84 feet of Lot 2, Block 32 Gardena Acres Addition.
All the tots met the requirements of Ordinance #66 for two family dwellings.
Moved by Skovran, seconded by Rosinek to approve the proposed division sub-
ject to approval of the utilities companies and the village engineer.
All in favor.
Motion Carried
The Chairman stated that the Elmwood Lutheran Church would like to present
a proposed plan of their new church on Chelmsford Road at Wendhurst Avenue to
the Board. The Chairman will contact the Church to see if they could be prepared
by the May 24, 1963 special meeting.
Moved by Hansen, seconded by Rosineic to adjourn.
All in favor.
