VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY
Planning Board Minutes
May 24, 1963
The special meeting of the St. Anthony Village Planning Board was called
to order by the Chairman at 5:15 P.M. on Friday, May 24, 1963.
The following members were present: Dougherty, DiCarlo, Hansen, Rosinek
and the following were absent: Coulter, Skovran, Rocks
The Board examined the proposed plat of the Harstad addition and after
a short discussion it was moved by Hansen and seconded by DiCarlo to approve said
proposed plat subject to the approval of the village engineers and the utilities
companies, and to recommend that lots 6 and 7, Block 2 of the proposed Harstad
Addition be rezoned from single family residential to two family residential.
All in favor.
Motion Carried
A meeting has been set for Monday, June 10, 1963, at 7:30 P.M. with the
Elmwood Lutheran Church. The Church will present their proposed plan for a new
church to be built on Chelmsford Road and Wendhurst Ave. N.E.
Moved by DiCarlo, seconded by Rosinek to adjourn.
All in favor.
