The meeting was called. to order by the Chairman at 700 P,14.
Present: Dougherty, Rosinek, DiCarlo, Hsnt eh, Skovren
Absent: Rocks, Coulter
Mr. Daryl Vaughn of 2901 Crestview Drive requested a setback waiver to
permit an addition to the existing structure which would be 26 feet from the
property line.
Moved by DiCarlo, seconded by Hansen to approve the waiver. All in favor.
Motion carried,
Moved by Hansen, seconded by Skovran to approve vacation of Harding Street
and alley south to Lowry Ave. The agreement for maintenance of existing sewer
line to be worked out between engineer and developer. All in favor. Motion
carried.
Application for zoning variance on Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 7, Mounds View
Acres, Second Addition tabled. Village Attorney, Ray Haik, stated rezoning in
residential classification would not affect tending suit along Silver Lake
Road. Applicant to present plan combining multiple dwelling with two family
buffer.
Moved by DiCarlo, seconded by Hansen to adjourn. All in favor.
