The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 7:45 P.M.
Present: Dougherty, Skovran, Rosinek, Di Carlo, Hansen, Coulter, Roc!-.s in at
9: 15 P.M.

1 . The Chairman oponed the hearing on rezoniry Tract 0, Registered Land Survey
#1063 and also unplatted lot known as Parcel 5650, Plat 63506. The area
residents had' no cbjc-,;cto a two-family but would object to auitiple -Dwelling:
Moved by Di Carlo, s_ccriced by Hansen -to table action until a further hearing
can be held on the two lots nor-'.h of above wc-nti oned property. All in favor.
2. Petition from Charles March requesting i°e. orning of 14Lernke. Property" at 33rd
Ave. N.E. and Stinson Blvd. The Board wished to further examine the petition
and consult attorney regarding legality of rezoning the, property from Commercial
to R-1 Single Family. No rezoning action could be taken until formai request
for variance was filed with the Board.
Moved by Di Carlo, seconded by Rosinek to table petition for further consid-
eration. Ail in favor.
3. Wesley Robertson regUesbs permission to move a house from 3708 Highcrest Rd.
wto an undetermined location north of 39th Ave. N.E. and east of Silver Lake Rd.
Moved by Coulter, secon(^ed by Rosinek to approve requezt sub;ect to aparoval
of but i dong inspector regarding conformity to building code and to lot size
regulations. All in favor.
4. Mr. Anthony Wakaruk requests permission to use formes National Tea Store
property as a Church hall for the Sic. iichnols Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
Moved by Di Carlo, secon4ad by S!%ovran to trble request until further
investigation can be made regarding .!se c'assi:'icnton.
5. John Johnson appeared to di scUss imp;ovemen•t of appearance of new warehouse
building constructed on Edwards Street south of 34.th Ave. N.E. Mr. Johnson stated
a screen of Poplar trees will be planted along Edwards St. and Maple trees south
of the building.
6. Norman Flewenste•i n, Ci rector of Community Planni nq, with the Minnesota Business
Development Department, explained briefly the Fednrcl 701 Planning Program.
