Paul Johnson presented a request for a -waiver of minimum frontage and minimum area requiremonts on R-2 Two family lot described as Lot 1, Block 1, Truchinski addition. The lot is 89,,9 feet in width and contains 11,644 square feet. Empire Sales, Inc, p:;.,oposes to construct a double bungalow on this lot.
