a variance in zoning on Lot 4, Block 4, Clark d. Kings Hennepin Gardens;

SWV' lying 1i of S 258 ft. thereof, Section 6, Twp, 29, Range 23.
Moved by Rocks, seconded by Coulter to call a public hearing
to be held at 7:00 P.ivi. February 17, 1964. All in favor. Motion carried.
3. Paul Johnson presented a request for a -waiver of minimum frontage
and minimum area requiremonts on R-2 Two family lot described as Lot 1,
Block 1, Truchinski addition. The lot is 89,,9 feet in width and contains
11,644 square feet. Empire Sales, Inc, p:;.,oposes to construct a double
bungalow on this lot. According to the survey and proposed location
off' the proposed structure, it Appears that all of the setback and yard
requirements can be complied with. It was thereftre: Moved by Rocks,
seconded by INIesenbring to appro, e the waiver as requested.
