The r?eting 4was called to order- 6,11 the chairman at 7:00 Ph.

1 . A public hearing was opened for consideration of a request For rezoning by
Arthur Lowell. Th-, requested rezoning was groin R-1 single farm ly to R-2,
two family on the following described property: Lot 4, Block 4, Clark &
King's Hennepin Gardens; 'i racts A E D, Registered Land Survey #1063; part
of W. 163 ft. o; S. 1/3 of the *k of tip Slk' lying N. of the S. 258- ft.
(Lots from 3117 Stinson Blvd. to 3203 Stinson Blvd.)
Since there ware no objections from the residents in the area, and due to
the fact that this seemed to be the most desirable and feasible devedopmant for

miul ti ple dwelling zoning on the following descri bad property: That part
Of the t6 b0 ft. of Lots 8, 9, & 10, lying S. of tip H. 120 ft. thereof,
Block 7, hounds View Acres Second Addition.
Since there ",are no objections from. abutting owners and since the proposed

East, it was:
Moved by Rocks, seconded by Springer to approve rezoning as requested and
allow prop=erty to becom-a mart o< aldijacent multiple complex. All in favor.:
Motion carried.

sugg-asted that the developers attempt to conforrsa to the land area
