PLANNING BOARD MINUTES
SPECIAL 14EETING - May 25, 1964
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8:00 PV1.
Present: dorsi tz, Springer, Rocks, Mesenbring
Absent: Coulter, Emond, Englund
The meeting was called for the purpose of considering the request of Logy Grave
Inc. to relocate 28 crobi le units within Lowry Grove Plobi le Manor. The Chairman
heard all comments from Mr. Swan of Lowry Grove Inc.; Mr. Mier, attorrsey; and
all the area residents present.
After considerable discussion, it was moved by Springer, seconded by Rocks to
submit to the Council with fol l cxrai ng reconmndationst
1. That. Lowry Grove Inc. be permitted to proceed with the relocation as proposed
within the fallowing regulations:
a. A 6 ft. high redwood fence be erected along the east property line
of the Lowry Grove property.
b. The northernmost corners of the 28 relocated n*l,i ie ha- units be
set 20 ft. south of the e,cisting alley hard surfacing.
c. The south 10 ft. of this 20 ft. open Area be used for planting a
screen of evergreens not less than 4 ft. in height at the time of
planting.
2. That the Council adopt an awndwent to Ordinance No. 66 establishing a =bile
hem zoning classification and a sere of regulations which would apply to the entire
mobile hor.� park, allowing a certain tim period within which the entire park would
be brought into conformance with these mobile hots park regulations.
3. That a survey be obtained shaving the relationship of the existing hard-
surfacing to the existing alley right-of *my lines.
4. That the Council be made- aware of questions from surrounding owners regarding
the level of assessment of the Loxiry Grove Inc. property.

Aye: Howitz, Springer, Racks, Mesenbring
Absent, not voting: Coulter, Emond, Engiune
The motion carried.
Moved by Racks, seconded by Mesenbring to, adjourn. All in favor. Motion carried.
