A"1THONY Planning Board Minutes June 8, 1964 Special Fk eti ng • The special meeting was called to order by the Chairman. The following membeers Exere presents Howitz, England, Mesenbring, and tKe f al to ting absent: Coulter, Rocks, Springer. 1. Mr. Gates presented a request for a side yard reaunrem2nt wraiver from 30 f— to 20 ft. The &-alling proposed would be constructed on Lot 20', Block 1, St. Anthony Terrace Manor Addition and would extend to within 20 ft. of Skycroft Circle. The setback on Skycroft Drive would be 30 ft. Moved by Englund, seconded by Mesenbring to approve the waiver providing :he neighbor on the east side of Mr. Gates lot will sign the petition for variance. All in favor. Motion curried. 2. The Board examined final plans for an 8000 sq. ft. industrW building to be constructed on part of Lot 3 lying NEly of Sally 100 ft. thereof, Block 1, St. Anthony Industrial Park. Thn building v.ould house? Cassidy Products Inc. Monad by Englund, seconded by Mesenbring to approve pians subject to approval of ;:he Building Inspector and Village engineers. All in favor. Motion carried. 3. The Board exanincd proposed division of property by Robert lllesenbring. Resultant lots ;would be 80 €t. X 133 ft. and 125 ft. X 296 ft. on the So. and 131 ft. an the north. • Moved by Englund, seconded by Hoawi to to approve proposed division. All in favor. Motion carried. 4. Moved by Mesenbring, seconded by Englund to hols3 a public hearing on Lite request of Chet Herringer to rezone Foes 1, 2, 3 E M. I-E of Lot 4, Block 2, Sots Line Addition from R-2 t.io family residential to corn rcial on June 15, 1964. All in favor. Motion carried. Moved by Mesenbring, secondad by Englund to adjourn.
