The meeting was called to order by Lhe Chairnan.
Present: Howitz, Mesenbi-ing, Coulter, Fmond, Pocks, Springer (in a:: 9:00)

2, The Planning Board reviewed the tabling action of the June fi, 1964 € eeCing
regarding final playas for consCruction of the E'ltrmood Lucherzin Church on Chelmsford
Road and klendhurst Avanue. Concern was expressed regarding cite future developmen4
of the remainder of she undaveloped area. ter. Pankanin had prepared two plans
which illustrated that the area could easiiy be developed as a singie family
°esidentiai area with the church building located as proposed.
Moved by Emond seconded by Mesenbring -co approve the plays providing the
Village Park Consultants prepare specificaCions on Che green planting strip along
all property lines and subject to approval of the bu lding inspector and Village
Engi rseers.

�3. Robert Burns and John Nelson representing the Apache Corporacion presented a
pretirinary plan for construction of a six story medical center to be constructed
north of 39th Avenue N.E. along Stinson Boulevard.
Moved by Racks seconded by Coulter to approve a variance in the heighth regulat-
ions es-ablished by Ord. No. 66 to allaar construction of a sit story structure
subject to approval of the S3:. Anthony Village Fire Department and providing
the building be 'oca-ed a mini=m of 1201 ft. southlof the souf:h line of the
150 ft residential buffer strip alone the south side of Silver lane.

Waiter Thuftad:al presented the final land use plan supporting the requested
rezoning of Block 10, Mounds View Acres, Second Addition.
Moved by Mesenbring seconded by Emond to approve the proposed land use plan
final building plans and approve rezoning of lots 1 , 3 and 4, Block 10, Founds

Addition.

7. Roger Mart-in requested a valla ace in total side yard requirements frons 15 feet

Moved by Coulter seconded by Springer to grant a variance from 15 feet total
side yard to 12.5 feet and permit the garage to be constructed within 5 ft
of the property tine.
All in favor Motion Carried.
8. The Planning Board was, advised that the Apa,ha Car 'Wash to be built by
Robert Toauslay wouid soon be under cons,rcrc:4ion. Due to the fact that the
plans were approved eighteen months prior to application for a, building
per-mi'%L- it was suggested that the plans be re-examined by the Planning Board
and Council before the permi-t is issued.
1. Mored by Springer seconded by Coulter to change the regular wneeting day of
hay St. Anthony Village Planning Board froin the third Pionday to the third
Tuesday of each month and that any special meetings be held can the first
Tuesday of each month.
