PLANNING BOARD MINUTES
VILLAGE OF ST. AtITHONY
Special Meeting - Aug. 4, 1964
The rmeting was called to order by the chairman.
Present% Nowit;, Coulter, Springerk Emond, Englund, Mesenbring
Absent; bone
1 . Robert Tousley presented final plans for construction of a Car Wash on
Stinson Boulevard and 38th Avenue N.E. The pians were approved by the
Village Council at their July 28, 1964 meeting subject to approval of
the Planning Board.
Moved by Springer seconded by Mesenbring to approve elle plans as presenLed
except that; the brick exterior be extended up to the bottom of the sign
letters and subject to approval of the Building Inspector and Village
Engineer.

Motion Carried.
�. Rodney Billman presented a request ger a waiver of a side yard requirement
from 30 ft. to 27 ft. along Maple�vood Drive on Lot 16, Block y, Wilshire
Park 4th Addition.
Moved by Emond seconded by Coulter to grant a waiver of side yard requirement
on said lot:.
All in Favor
Motion Carried.
3. Rodney Billman presented a request for a araiver bof minisucm crone age and area
requi r•emen4s on Out.lot 6, Wilshire Park, Addi ti ori. The lot: is 60 f%. by 115 ft.
Mr. Billman plans 'Co construct: a 45 ft ho,m on this lot..
Moved by Mesenbring seconded by Springer to gran-I.- variance in frontage and
area requirements and ai ivvr constrvct.ion of a hmne on this lo•c providing all
of One yard requirements are complied with.

of 39 enclosed garage units vii thin the Diamond 8 Te-_rrace comples.
Moved by Coulter set.onded by Emond to approve conscruc.cion of She garages
subjeci• to the approval of iha Building Inspector and Village Engineers.
It is noted s:ha4 the driveways as illustrated on the plans are only 18 ►eet
wide which is not in conformance with Ord. No. 66. It is R,uggested that
these drives be expanded to 20 feet.
