The following members .-mre present; Howitz, Springer, Ertond, Englund, Mesenbring, Coulter, Sovlden Absent-. done The Chairman keicomed Mr. Richard Sodden to the St. Anthony Village Planning Board. Mr. Sodden took the place of Erik Rocks who resigned as of August 1, 1964. Correction: August. 4, 1964 minutes: Brick to extend to roof eaves. 1 . The Board examined the application for a Building P£rmit by Rodney Biliman to allow placement of three signs. There was no as to the type or location of the signs. -'his information neust be obtained before ti-he permit can b: considered. 2. The Board received a petition from the property owners along Stinson Blvd. regarding rezoning of their property from cotxnercial to single family residential. Robert Tousley presented an architects skotch of the Apache Car Wash with stucco around the Lipper Part of tha bui frling to contrast wi th the si gn letters. Moved by Emond to allow Mr. .Tousley to use 4-112 feet of stucco around the top of tie bu 3ding. This motion died for lack of a second. Mr. Porter presented a letter- to the Bo.rd regarding the dirt problem during construction. This latter will be referred to the council for appropriate action. 6.
