Present:: Coulter, GiCar1o, Howitx, Masenbring, Springer Abseat: E ond, Englund The minutes of the! meting of Oeceeraber 15, 1964 were read and approved. 1. Request by henry Deluce for variances in sidayard requirear--na: from 5 ft. to 31501. Heenry Deluce presented a request for a sideyard requirement: variance frnal 5 ft. to 305" on Loi: S1 , Block 2, Clark & Kings Garden Tracts. After discussion of the request it ewes decided that Mr. Deluce would relocate pcoposezd garage in an altiempt to maintain Lhe required 5 ftp. sideyard and cet:urn at the February 16z h Oneeti rag t i th revised plan. 2. Request by James Olson fro approval of proposed division of property on 32-1/2 Aar. Moved by Howi tz seconded by Mesenbri ng to approve thr» request or Jaalxes Olson to divide lots 3 & L:, John Mahn Addition and Tracts F, G & H, of R.L.S. Yi©05 into into 3 lots of widths 80, 305 and 85 ft. as shown on sketch accompanying letter dated JanLsa►-y 11, 1965. All in Favor. Motion Carried. 3. Request; of Michael Seledic for vaalrience in side yard from 30ft:. to 14.3 ft. Koved by Howi tz seconded by Di Carlo to approve request of Michael Seledic for as variance in sideyard requirement from 30 ft. to 14.3 ft. on Lot 15, Block 3, St. • Anthony Terrace Manor Addi t:i on as sho�ftm on survey certificate. All in Favor. !lotion Carried. 4. Request of Hr. Walbon for discussion of land use for property at 33rd and Hwy A. Mr. Walbon of 32.42 Highway #8 appeared to discuss possible revision of his plan for development of property at 33rd Ave. and Highway #8 as as toren house complex. He did not wish for an7 definite action at vhistime. 5. The board discussed ' the adoption of the Uniform Building Code for the Village of St. Anthony. A special are3efing wiii be held on Tuesday, February 2, 1965 at rhich time the board will discuss the proposd code with inspectors from areas using the UBC and with builders from the St. Anthony Area. 6. The board discussed a proposed revision of Ordinance No. 66 relative to land use required for multiple dwelling units. The Village Manager wi 1 l pr°epere a rough draft: of the suggested change and present it at the next regular rneti ng. Moved by Di Carlo Seconded by Howitt to adjourn. All in Favor. Motion Carried.
