CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting of the St. Anthony Village Planning Board was called to order by Acting Chairman Springer on Tuesday, May 10, 1965- 2. ROLL CALL The following members were present at roll call . MINUTES Upon motion by Emond, Seconded by Mesenbring, it was moved to waive reading and to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of April 20, 1965. The motion carried unanimously. 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS • A letter from Mr. Bob O'Conner withdrew his request for a public hearing at this meeting for the rezoning of Lot 3, Auditors Subdivision No. 377 from M , R 1 , Single family, to R 2, two family. 5. A. Mr. J. R. Brown, 2805 30th Avenue presented his request to divide his 124' x 297' lot (Lot 15, auditors subdivision No. 365) into two 62 ' x 297' lots. Said division would require granting of two 13 ' variances. Mr. Brown indicated every other lot in the block on 30th Avenue is also 62' wide, and his home and onrage is located so it will meet Ordinance No. 66. Upon motion by Edd, seconded by Emond, it was moved to recommend that the Council approve: the division. The motion c3;-ried unanimously. 9. Mr. Eugene E. Hickey was not present to submit preliminary plans for Medical Building at Apache Complex, therefore no action was taken. G. Mr. Merwin Bart& presentoted plans for a 36 unit apartment building to be built at 3821 Mocolaster Drive (S. E. corner of 39th Avenue, and MocAloster Drive). Upon motion by Mesenbring, seconded by Di Carlo it was moved to recommend toa) the Council to accept plans as presented. The motion carried unanimously. • 9. A. After considerable discussion, it was moved by Emond, seconded by Mesenbring to defer action on multiple dwelling densities as contained in Ordinance No. 66, until further comparisons and studies are made. The motion carried unanimously. B. Upon request of Gust Friedland, a preposed division of lots 7 and 3, Glock 6, Mounds View Acres, 2nd /-Addition, was presented to reafirm the previous planning board approval of Oct. 15, 1962. The division consisted of four 72.5' x 134.5' lots, and two 86 x 134.5 ft lots. The 72.5' lots would require a 2.5' variance in lot width to meet Ordinance No. 62. Upon motion by Mesenbring, seconded by DiCorlo, it was moved to recommend that the Council approve said preposol . The motion carried unanimously. 16. ADJOURNMENT Upon motion by DiCarlo, seconded by Edmond, it was moved to adjourn. The motion carried unanimously. • James Shaughnessy Acting Secretary Village of St. Anthony Addendum To Planning Board Minutes May 18, 1965 The undersigned members of the St. Anthony Village Planning board hereby recommend that the Village Council approve the request for a waiver from the sideyard setback requirements as outlined in Ordinance No. 66 from 30 feet to 16.98 feet as requested by Kenneth R.
