November 15, 1966 1. The regular meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by Chairman Howitz at 7:45 P.M. on Tuesday, November 15, 1966. 2. The following members were present at roll call : Robert Mesenbring, Donald Kronk, Duane Miedtke, Dr. Thomas Emond, Louis Howitz, Curtis Englund Absent : Fred Katterheinrich Also Present: Harry Lekson 3. The minutes of the regular meeting of October 18, 1966 were approved as submitted. 4. Public Hearings None 5. Ordinance Variations a. Upon motion by Howitz seconded by Kronk it was moved that the request of Rodney Billman to divide 7.6 feet of width from Lot 10, Block 5, Wilshire Park, 4th Addition and add it to Lot 9, Block 5, Wilshire Park, 4th Addition be approved by the Council. Motion Carried. b. Upon motion by Miedtke seconded by Englund it was moved that the req- uest of Fred W. Odell to divide lot 1, and part of lot 2, Block 5, Mounds View Acres, 2nd Addition be approved by the Council. Motion Carried. c. Upon motion by Howitz, seconded by Kronk it was moved that the request by Horton Connett to divide 5 ft. of lot 2, Block 1, Pat Pen Addition and add it to Lot 3, Block 1, Pat Pen Addition be approved by the Council. Motion Carried. d. Upon motion by Englund, seconded by Mesenbring the request by Amelia W. Nash to divide Lot 3, Block 4, Clark and Kings Garden Tracts was not approved. Motion Carried. e. The request of Joe Malet to add 20 ft. to the rear of his existing double garage was not voted on at this time. The Planning Board would like to see a detailed plan of how this will affect his rear yard. 6. Zoning Variations - None 7. Old Business - None -2- 8. 2-8. Building Permits None 9. Miscellaneous a. Upon motion by Howitz seconded by Kronk it was moved that Kenzie Gas Station be given approval by the Council to replace a sign in front of Station. b. Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Englund it was moved that the Council reconsider the Minutes of the Planning Board meeting on June 15, 1965 to revise the minimum area requirements as listed. Motion Carried. 10. Upon motion by Howitz seconded by Mesenbring it was moved that the meeting be adjourned. Harry Lekson d
