2 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
3 OCTOBER 15, 1991
4 1. CALL TO ORDER
5 The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairperson Madden who led the
6 Pledge of Allegiance.
7 2. ROLL CALL
8 Present: Faust, Franzese, Gondorchin, Murphy, Werenicz, Brownell and
9 Madden.
10 Staff Present: Management Assistant Urbia
11 3. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 17, 1991 PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
12 Motion by Brownell, second by Franzese to approve the minutes of the September
13 17, 1991 Planning Commission meeting with the following corrections:
14 page 2, line 31: change the word "proper" to "eaasting"
15 page 2, line 36: change the word "proper" to "existing"
16 page 3, line 6: change the word "reside" to "re-side"
17 page 3, line 17: insert between "the" and "project" "bay window to"
18 Motion carried unanimously
19 4. DESIGNATION OF COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE TO NOVEMBER 12,
20 1991 COUNCIL MEETING
21 Chairperson Madden felt that a Planning Commission representative to the
22 November 12, 1991 Council meeting would not be necessary since there is not a
23 public hearing scheduled.
24 5. PUBLIC HEARING
25 There were no public hearings scheduled.

4 6. REVIEW OF PROPOSED SIGN ORDINANCE.
5 The proposed sign ordinance was reviewed. Planning Commission members provided
6 input to the City Manager. The City Manager will forward Planning Commission
7 input to the City Attorney for the recodification process.
8 7. ADJOURNMENT
9 Motion by Brownell, second by Murphy to adjourn the Planning Commission
10 Meeting at 10:06 P.M..
11 Motion carried unanimously
