As I discussed with you earlier, the Council or the HRA will call for the hearing at their October 8th Council meeting and conduct the hearing at their November 12th meeting to amend the budget and area. The City Council will review the list at their September and October Work Sessions, so some changes could be made. Presently, the only area that we are adding to the plan is the Kentucky Fried Chicken building, a video and pizza business, and a vacant lot owned by Firstar. The legal descriptions for those areas are included with this information. Another area that is being added is Silver Lake Road; between 37th Avenue NE and Silver Lane. Could you prepare the necessary resolutions for the October and November meetings s well as the public notice for the legal newspaper. The Planning Commission will review this at their September or October meeting. We can review this subject in September when we get together with Bob Thistle to review the CUB package. Fedt-D.D.S. and Associates Larry Hamar City of St. Anthony Dear Larry: I am requesting a permit to place a boulevard sign out by the Tires Plus entrance to Apache Plaza. Because of the extended period of time that construction has been and will be going on, I would like have this sign for that period. We are finding that the traffic in the mall is reduced significantly, to 1 y, and that ' many people think that we have moved due to the Cub Foods project. In the interest of my business I feel it will greatly benefit us to have a sign the Mall, with an arrow the ingress of the mall, saying that we are still inhw pointing to Such a sign will be no larger than that of Herbergers, and will fabricated by a licensed sign comp will done very professionally to prom_ ote our best image to the public. I have fcan. It received approval from First Bank to place such a sign. e Please contact me soon if you have any questions. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Steven N.
