A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT
FOR NEW VOTING SYSTEM ACQUISITION AND OPERATION
WHEREAS, The Ramsey County Board approved the Joint Powers Agreement with Hart Intercivic on
January 19, 2016; and
WHEREAS, The Joint Powers Agreement is now before the City of St. Anthony and the other
municipalities in Ramsey County for approval; and
WHEREAS, The term of this agreement is for ten years, with the new voting equipment first being used
at the State Primary August 9, 2016; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council authorizes the City of St. Anthony to
approve the Joint Powers Agreement for New Voting System Acquisition and Operation.
