RESOLUTION 16 -033
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DEPUTY CLERK POSITION
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony City Clerk position is a statutorily created position;
and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk position is responsible for the proceedings of the council,
official custodian of City records, well as many other duties; and
WHEREAS Minnesota Statute 412.151 allows for the appointment of a Deputy Clerk to
carry out the official duties of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony wishes to appoint a Deputy Clerk position to perform
the duties of City Clerk as needed.
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of St. Anthony hereby appoints the Deputy Clerk to
carry out the official duties of the City Clerk as needed.
