RESOLUTION 16 -039
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER CLOSING THE STORMWATER
IMPROVEMENT FUND AND ESTABLISHING THE STORMWATER UTILITY FUND
EFFECTIVE 12/31/2015
WHEREAS, Improvement funds should be closed when activity has concluded; any residual money
and all assets should be transferred to appropriate funds continuing like activity.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony here approves
the transfer of funds noted, but subject to closing adjustments as needed
