COUNCIL MINUTES
July 28, 1965
1. CALL TO ORDER
A special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony
-was called to order by Mayor McNulty at 8:30 P.M. on !Aednesday, July 28,
1965.
2. ROLL CALL

3. SPECIAL BUSINESS
Upon motion by Counclrnan Sorenson, seconded by Councilman Bailey, it
was moved to approve place,-T nt of a chain link-type fence and backstop
• upon the Village property in the area of the Northwest corner of 27th
Avenue N. E. and Roosevelt Street. This fence is to be installed according
to the plan ort-pared and approved by Norbert Maher, Village Traffic
Advisor, Drown, Chief of Police, and Louis Medico of St. Charles
Ci-urch. It is f uri:r�:r understood that any damage to the fence or backstop*
caused by the Villbge d!rring repair of any Village utilities will be
os_umed by the Church of St. Charles Borromeo.
