CANVASS BOARD MEETING
NOVEMBER 42 1965
• 1. CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of the Canvass Board was called to order at 7:30 A.M.,
November 4, 1965•
2. ROLL CALL
The following members were present at roll call :
James McNulty
Richard Sorenson
Robert Bailey
also present:
Village Manager, John Printon
the following were absent:
George Erickson
W. R. Dougherty.
The Mayor announced the meeting was called to certify the results of the
Village election of November 2, 1965•
• It•-was moved by Mayor McNulty seconded by Councilman Sorenson that the
election totals as tabulated by the Judges of Election be certified as follows:

a copy of the foregoing proceedings.

Nay: None
Absent not voting: Erickson, Dougherty
The motion was declared adopted.
It was moved by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Bailey that
the meeting be adjourned.
Motion Carried.
