COUNCIL MINUTES
September 18, 1969
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 12:00 o'clock noon.
The following were present at roll call : O'Connor, Crouse, Dougherty.
Absent: Emond, Levandowski
Also present : John Printon, Village Manager
Councilman Dougherty introduced Resolution #69-036 and moved its adoption.
RESOLUTION 69-036
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR HEARING ON PRO-
POSED ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT
1968-3, 1968-4; STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT
1968-4; SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT 1969-1
AND SEWER AND WATER SERVICES IMPROVEMENT
1969-2.
The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Crouse.
• Voting on the resolution:
Aye: O'Connor, Crouse, Dougherty
Nay: None
Absent not voting: Emond, Levandowski
Resolution declared adopted.
Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the meeting
he adjourned.
Motion carried.
