COUNCIL MINUTES
November 4, 1969
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 9:30 P.M., November 4, 1969.
Present : O'Connor, Crouse, Emond, Dougherty
Absent : Levandowski
Also Present : John Printon, Village Manager
The Mayor announced that the Council was meeting as the Board of Canvas to
canvas the votes of the Village, November 4, 1969 election.
!after review of the machines and tally sheets, Councilman Crouse moved and
seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the return sheets as submitted by the
election judges be approved as follows :

Motion carried.
Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond the meeting be
