COUNCIL MINUTES
November 13, 1969
The special meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 12:00 o'clock noon.
The following were present at roll call : O'Connor, Emond, Dougherty
Absent : Crouse, Levandowski
Also present: John Printon, Village Manager
After discussion, motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Emond
that Change Order #3, Improvement 1968-4 be approved.
Voting on the motion:
Aye: O'Connor, Emond, Dougherty
Nay: None
40 Absent not voting: Crouse, Levandowski
Motion carried.
i Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Mayor O'Connor the meeting be
adjourned.
Motion carried.
