CITY OF ST. ANTHONY
SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
September 30, 1975
The meeting was called to order at 9:20 P.M. by Mayor Miedtke.
Present at roll call : Miedtke, Stauffer, Sundland, Sauer
Absent: Haik
Also present: Jim Fornell , Adm. Asst.
The Council completed the informal discussion of the proposed new zoning
ordinance and the following motions were made:
Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to send a copy
of the zoning ordinance to Mr. Howard Dahlgren for his review at a total
cost not to exceed $300.00 and a copy to the City Attorney for his opinion.
Motion carried.
Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Sundland to hold a
public meeting on Tuesday, December 2nd at 7:30 P.M. on the proposed zoning
• ordinance.
Motion carried.
Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Councilman Sundland to adjourn.
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 9:25 P.M.
