• RESOLUTION ACCEPTING VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE ORD. 452
RELA'T'ING TO SEWERAGE CHARGES TO THE VILLAGE OF
ST. ANTHONY.
WHEREAS the Village of Roseville has studied the rate charged
St. Anthony Village for its portion of the maintenance of a Sewer Inter-
ceptor which flows through Roseville and which is used jointly by
Roseville, Shoreview, Arden Hills, and St. Anthony and
WHEREAS said study has shown that the present rate is in excess
of the cost to Roseville to maintain said interceptor,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of St. Anthony, Minnesota that it accepts Village of Roseville
Ordinance No. 452 and approves the revision of rates contained therein.
Adopted this 26th day of January, 1965.
