RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BASIC ENGINEERING 1,141) kPPROVDIG FTid.;L PAYMENT
FOR TIE CONSTRUCTION OF STRZ&T DIFROVD ENT 1964-1
"IIEREAS, pursuant to agreement with the Village, Comstock and
Davis, Inc., has satisfactorily completed basic engineering for
Street Improvement 1964-1, the same being in accordance with such
contract, and
"j''HEREAS, it is the request of the Village Manager that final
adceptance of the completed work described above be made and final
payment be made of any and all sums due for the work completed,
Na,j THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the
Village of St. Anthony that the work completed under said contracts
as above described be and is hereby accepted and approved and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Manager is hereby
directed to make final payment of all unpaid sums for the completion
of sqid contract.
