..IIS r, o, pursuant to agreement with the Village, Comstock and
Davis, Inc., has satisfactorily completed basic engineering for
Sanitary Sewer Improvement 1964-"4 the same being in accordance with
such contract, and
'AHEREjiS, it is the request of the Village Manager that final
acceptance of the completed work described above be made and final
payment be made of any and all sums due for the cork completed,
DOU UE-R.,FOR?, BE IT R:, OLVL,D, by the Village Council of the
Village of St. Lnthony that the work completed under said contracts
as above described be and is hereby accepted and approved and,
BE IT FURTIL::R RE.:OLV.LD that the Village Manager is hereby
directed to make final payment of all unpaid sums for the completion
of said contract,
