RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION AND APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT 1964-1
WHEREAS, pursuant to agreement with the Village, Walbon Excavating Co.
has satisfactorily completed construction on Sewer and Water Improvement 1964-1,
the some being in accordance with such contract, and
WHEREAS, it is the request of the Village Manager that final acceptance
of the completed work described above be made and final payment be made of any
and all sums due for the work completed,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony that the work completed under said contracts as above described be
and is hereby accepted and approved and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Manager is hereby directed
to make final payment of all unpaid sums for the completion of said contract.
Adopted this 9th day of February, 1965.
