RESOLUTION NO. 65- 018
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BASIC ENGINEERING AND APPROVING FINAL
• PAYMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT
1964-1
WHEREAS. oursuant to agreement w'th the V (loge, Comstock and Davis,
Inc., has satisfactorily completed basic engineering for Sewer and Water Improvement
1964-1, the same being in accordance with such contract, and
WHEREAS, it is the request of the Village Manager that final acceptance
of the completed work described above be mode and final payment be made of any
and all sums due for the work completed,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony that the work completed under said contracts as above described be
and is hereby accepted and approved and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Manager is hereby directed
to make final payment of all unpaid sums for the completion of said contract.
