RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MONIES FROM THE GENERAL FUND RESERVE
TO ACCOUNT 475 (MUNICIPAL PARKS) FOR 1965 PARK CONSTRUCTION
PROGRAM AND SUPERVISION AND INSPECTION SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
St. Anthony as follows:
WHEREAS the 1964 Parks Construction Program was not completed
soon enough to be paid for during the 1964 fiscal year, and
WHEREAS the fiscal records keeping system does not allow
accrual of budget allotments from year to year, and
WHEREAS the 1965 budget does not include money for
supervision and inspection of park construction.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council
hereby authorizes the Village Manager to allocate from the
General Fund reserve to the Park Budget Account 475, the
following amounts:
475-54 Final Payment on Petersen-Templin contract $8,342. 18
• 475-54 Final costs on Rehbein contract (Central Park) 1 ,683.70
475-12 Inspection and Supervision of 1965 Construction 800.00
475-13 Inspection and Supervision of Silver Pt. Park Bldg. 300.00
11 , 125.88
Less $5,55600 as outlined in M & C 65-13 5,550.00
Total appropriation from General Fund reserve $5,575.88
