RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING VILLACE ilANAGER TO INCPFASE THE
SALARIES OF THE FULL TIME OFF-SALE LIQUOR EMPLOYEES BY
FIVE CENTS HOURLY RETRO-ACTIVE TO JANUARY 1 , 1965
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
St. Anthony as follows :
-THEREAS Antonio Felicetta, representative from Teamsters
Local 4792 , has requested that the Village of St. Anthony
review the salaries of the off-sale liquor employees , and
WHEREAS the Village records indicate that said employees
have not received a raise in pay since October 1 , 1963 , and
4HEREAS negotiations between_ the Union Representative and
the Village Manager have been held resulting in agreement to
a five cent per hour wage increase for all full time off-sale
employees retro-active to January 1 , 1965 .
NON THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council
hereby authorizes the Village Manager to increase the salaries
of all full time off-sale employees by five cents ( $.05 ) per
hour and instructs the Manager to compute the increase begin-
ning January 1 , 1965 .
Adopted this 23rd day of February, 1965.
