RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR 1965 PARKS CONSTRUCTION TO VICTOR
CARLSON & SONS IN THE AMOUNT Or $367724.00 SUBJECT TO SATISFACTORY
DISPOSITION OF THE LAND CONVEYANCE WITH I.S.D. 4282.
WHEREAS the Village of Vit. Anthony �.nd I.S .D. 4282 have taken
bids jointly on port-ions of the 1965 F'�-.rks Construction, and
WHEREAS the Village of St. Anthony has negotiated with the
low bidder in an attempt to bring the bid figures within the 1965
Park budgie-t figure, and
WHEREAS the firm of Victor Carlson and Sons has submitted the
lowest rnspcnsible :.)id
NO'V4 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the
Village of St. Anthony herby awards contract for 1965 Parks
Construction to Victor Carlson and Sons for the bid amounts herein
shown in the schedule below;provided, however, that no contract
shall be executed until land necessary to construct the proposed
tennis courts shall have been properly conve�rPd_- in accordance with
the Master Park Development Plan between the Village & I.S .D. 9---282 :
