WHER."AS the Village, Council of the Village of St. Anthony realizes the

HOW THEREFORE BE IT R"SOLVED that the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony hereby petitions and mquasts that the Railroad and Warehouse
Corrciission investigate the circumstances surrounding this proposed signal-
ization and report its findings to the Village of St. Anthony.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Council concurs with the City
of Columbia Heights in urging that automatic lighted signals be installed
et these crossings as soon as possible.
