• AT 29th AVENUE NE AND SETTING DATE FOR AP! IMPROVEMENT HEARING
k-91EREAS the Village of St. Anthony has been instructed by the 111innesota
Highway Department to relocate certain utilities in the area of new Highway 3
and 29th Avenue NE and
1-1HEREAS said relocation can best be accomplished by handling it as a
public improvement, and
!!HEREAS the Village Engineer has presented to the Council, a preliminary
report and cost estimate for said relocation, and
1-1H ERE.1S the emergency nature of this improvement due to the deadline
set by the Minnesota Highway Departn*nt necessitates calling the improvement
hearing at the same time as ordering the plans.
NOU THEREFORE DE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council will hold a
Public Improvement hearing on Tuesday, April 13, 1965, at 8:00 PM.
Adopted this 23rd day of March, 1965.
