RESOLUTION CANCELLING ASSESSMENTS FOR 1965 WEED ERADICATION ON LOTS
1, 3, 4, 5, 7 & 8, BLOCK 1, AMUNDSENIS ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Village has Erred in submitting assessments for weed
eradication on lots 1 , 3, 4, 5, 7 & 8, 31ock 1 , Amundsen's Addition; and
11HEREAS, the Council seeks to remedy tie error caused by this placement
of these assessments for weed eradication on the 1965 tax rolls.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said assessments be and are hereby
cancelled and upon proof of payment, the Village Manager is instructed to
reimburse the owner thereof for said payment.
Adopted this 13th day of April , 1965.
