RESOLUTION ORDERING STREET IMPROVEMENT 7417 - 65 - 2
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Village Council , at the request of lOO'X. of
the owners of property abutting on Silver Lake Court in the Harstad 2nd
Addition, performed street maintenance work during the latter part of
1964; and,
k!HEREAS, the landowners desired the permanent improvement of Silver
Lake Court and petitioned the Council to assess the entire cost against
their property including the base stabilization work performed in 1964
at the landowners' request; and,
t`ie present coneition of Silver Lake CouF t makes the
roadway impassable; and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing is not required by reason of the petition;
NOU THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Street Improvement 7417 - 65 - 2
be ordered and that the Village Engineer, Coristock and Davis, prepare
the plans and specifications for the permanent surfacing of Silver Lake
Court and the installation of curb and gutter and attendant surface water
drainage connections, which plans shall provide for concrete surfacing or
• blacktop bituminous surfacing.
