WHEREAS the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony has awarded
the contract for 1965 Parks Construction to Victor Carlson and Sons, Inc.
on March 16, 1965, and
'AiEREAS the awarded contrac.� is in excess of the 1965 Parks budge-c
appropriation.
NCA: THEROEFORE .5i 19' '%'L30LVEO that the Village Council hereby authorizes
the Village Manager to transfer money from the General Fund Reserve to
Account 1475 in the Famaunt of $2,?24.00 to increase the budget appropriation
to the amount spaded tc finance the 9965 construction.
