U11EREAS, the St. Anthony Village Council has received a petition
from the owners of lots served by Anthony Lane and has directed the engineer
to prepare a feasibility report, as�we T as the plans and specifications for
the making of said improvement; and,
WHEREAS, the pj.-monent street surfacing of Anthony Lane had been
deferred to allow excavations made in connection with the sanitary sewer and
water improvements to settle;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council will consider the
improvement of Anthony Lane from County Road C (29th Avenue) to the East
Village limits at a public hearing to be held on June 22, 1965, in the
Village Hall at 8:00 P.M. The Clerk shall give notice of the hearing as
required by law. The engineer 's report, the plans and specifications for the
making of the improvement and the estimated cost of providing various
feasible approaches for consideration by the Council which shall be available
and considered at the hearing.
