RESOLUTION STATING t,!ILLINGNESS TO PARTICIPATE IN :, COOPERATIVE APPROACH TO T11E
SOLUTION OF THE DRAINAGE PROBLEM REL'1TIVE TO COUNTY DITCH NO. 3
• k1HEREAS, the State of Minnesota, Department of Highway, proposes to
make certain improvements on County Ditch No. 2 and portions of the Village of
St. Anthony are within the watershed area of this ditch or its tributaries,
and,
1!HEREAS, the Condition of County Ditch No. 3 which is one of the
tributaries is such that it does not adequately drain its watershed area or
provide a satisfactory outlet for Silver Lake,
N01,! THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
St. Anthony that the Village is willing to participate in projects in a
cooperative approach with other agencies within the watershed.
