RESOLUTION (ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION AND APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PERMANENT SHELTER BUILDING AT SILVER POINT
PARK
WHEREAS, pursuant to contract with the Village, Petersen-
Templin Co. has satisfactorily completed construction of a
permanent shelter building at Silver Point Park, the same
being in accordance with such contract, and
!JHEREAS, it is the request of the Village Manager that final
acceptance of the completed work described above be made and final
payment be made of any and all sums due for the work completed,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of St. Anthony that the work completed under said contracts
as above described be and is hereby accepted and approved and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Manager is hereby
directed to make final payment of all unpaid sums for the
completion of said contract.
